I was a walk in and they were busy with drive through. In that time, I had time to look at their menu, signature drink for the... season, and products (cups, tumblers, coffee). I felt bad for the employees. They were working as fast as they could with limited staff. If Starbucks corporate would increase... wages, benefits, and actually allow unionizing I bet that would improve employee satisfaction, in turn creating a bettercustomer experience. Read more
