I ordered a chicken Caesar wrap on spinach tortilla. My receipt says spinach tortilla yet I was given a plain tortilla. I called... to explain the issue and was told ?we ran out of spinach tortillas so we just have you a regular one?. So I asked, couldn?t youhave called to make me aware of that and give me the opportunity to choose what I want? No response. So I asked, how are yougoing to compensate me, because this is not what I ordered. The girl told me I could send it back and we will refund you. Itold her that I would not be walking back to that establishment to return that food. She said they?d have the driver come pickit up. Poor customer service. I very rarely order here even though I live 3 blocks away. The customer service and quality of thefood is subpar. They have assured that I never order here again. Thanks Sciarrinos! Read more
