I was waiting in line a few days ago, and a lady in front of me was having an argument with one of the managers. Something was... wrong with their order and the manager just blew them off. I heard her telling the customer that she believed she was afantastic manager, and that it didn?t matter what the customer thought because they ?weren?t important anyways.?
