For the most part we don?t have problems here but we went today and I ordered a big double burger tray and the burgers on it... were the size of a sausage patty and it was burnt. My bacon in the bacon ranch wraps was underdone. I may have to find adifferent location to go to. Read more
I really enjoy cookout but most times when choosing this location something is always wrong, the line takes forever or we feel... over charged. My biggest complaint is they need to pay attention and get customers orders correct. It should not be wrong everytime we go and a lot of the workers seem to get upset like you are bothering them when you tell them a mistake they made or ifyou need to ask for something. They need people who actually want to work in customer service. Sometimes we go and everything isawesome but here lately not so much. Read more
They took 3 orders on the other line before they got my order & was given the 2 wrong shakes. SMH! The good news is that the... company is going to make amends for the ball being dropped. Excellent customer service. Read more
Sometimes they get it right sometimes not... But when they do it's the best bang for your buck. One of the best grilled chicken... sandwiches by a fast food spot. Legitimately tastes like it was pulled off the grill at the cookout. Read more

I went to this particular restaurant to pick up some milkshakes. My little niece was sick with a sore throat and I was going to... get her a milkshake to make her feel better. As always the milkshakes were good and super thick. I was just a littledisappointed in in the ordering and paying. The person on the speaker did not seem to be very friendly and when I got up to thewindow it was more of the same. It was a bit busy and I understand that people sometimes do have a bad day so I'm not going tolet this discourage me from coming back. I just hope the next person I interact with is a little bit nicer. Read more
