Always liked this location. It reminds me of the one I went to when I was a kid. Beef n Cheddar with curly fries and a Jamocha... shake please! Can't go wrong here. Service is consistently good and I appreciated when they had later hours. Read more
Tonight we ordered 10 Classic Roast Beef Sandwiches from Arby's. We got home and looked at the food to see red meat with red... juice on the paper the sandwiches were wrapped in on all 10 of the sandwiches. I called the store and was told by the managerElla, that they "temp the meat twice before slicing, so the meat must be cooked." Red roast beef with red juice on the wrapperis not how this is suppose to be served from Arby's. We will not be back to this location. Read more
AWEFUL!!!! Very small amount of roast beef for the money..was icy cold...The chicken strips were cold and the honey mustard... tasted like like melted plastic. Then the cookies were put in under everything that ended up all soggy.. The only thing thatworth the money and who did the job right was the delivery guy from Uber Eats!!! Read more
Food is good. Tori/y the cashier is splendid. Manager Sara(h) did not treat Tori/y kindly. Tori made a mistake. The customer... wasn?t upset. She just shared it should be at a discounted price. As Sara(h) waited behind Tori for Tori to finish ringingsomeone else up, a friend of hers was in line she looked at her friend and she put her finger to her head and pretended toshoot her self. Then, once Tori was finished waiting on the customer, Sara(h) said loudly, this is the second time something hashappened so now I have to talk to you. You need to be careful and make sure you ring the coupon up right. Move over so thedrawer doesn?t hit you. You have to learn to do things right. Sara(h) proceeded to process the ladies refund and then went overto the drive through window. I told Tori she is doing just fine. I told her she should work at a place where people appreciateher. Where they are kind. And I let her know she (manager) doesn?t deserve her. I tried calling Sara(h) to talk through what Ihad witnessed. But when I was done talking, a different voice on the phone said, okay, I can relay the message but my managerhanded me the phone.
