The food is always great and fresh! It is rare that we have issues but the one time we did management took care of us quickly... and generously. We appreciate the great customer service. Nothing wrong with the food as I love to eat here. I ordered a pickup order and arrived at around 8:35 on a Thursday, the store... closes at 9 Monday through Thursday and I was surprised the door was locked, I called the store and saw them ignore the call andthen had to knock on the window to get into the store for my pickup order. I then had to wait another 10 minutes inside as myorder was not ready when I had ordered it at 8:05. Disappointing to say the least, I understand wanting to get out of the storeafter a long day but to have the doors locked close to 30 minutes before close with outstanding pickup orders is a little crazyto me. Definitely will know not to order anything semi close to the end of the day at this store. Read more
