We came into dine in here. They were out of gravy, which if that was the only thing that went wrong tonight it would have been a... great night. They gave us a number. And we sat down. We went to refill our drinks. But everything was over carbonated. So we satand waited for our food. We could see it on the counter. For at least a good 5 minutes. Nobody ever brought it to us. What wasthe point of giving us a number they weren't going to bring us our dinner. That was super confusing. When we went up to get itit was already room temperature. I don't know if you've ever had one of their burgers at room temperature. It's not good. Thefries were mushy at best. The only thing decent was the chicken tenders. While we were sitting eating our dinner, we kepthearing the staff talk about how high they were getting. There was not enough staff to man the dining room and the drive-in. Butdecided to keep the dining room open. We then ordered ice cream. I ordered a large chocolate dipped cone. We decided to stay inthat area so I could grab it as soon as it was done. So it wouldn't get melty and gross. He handed it to me with his bare handsall over the cone because when he was dipping it in the chocolate it got on his hands and it was all over the paper and thecone. And the chocolate dip was so thin the ice cream was running down the cone onto my hands. I don't know how the staff messedup ice cream cones but they did. To top it off, I didn't want to leave a survey. I told the gentleman I wasn't interested in areceipt. He basically shoved it in my hands and told me to take the survey out the bottom. So here i am. Providing feed back. Read more

We ordered ahead online and out order was estimated to be done at 2:40pm. We didn't get the order until 3:10pm. They didn't even... begin our order until I walked inside and asked about it. It took 5+ minutes for someone to acknowledge I was standingthere. The store was dirty. Stuff strewn on the ordering counter, food all over the counter, floor. I'm pretty sure the workersin the store were purposefully trying to see how slow they could possibly move ????. When we got our food, about 40 minutesafter ordering, there was no fork in the bag for my salad, which I didn't even end up needing because of how gross the lettucewas. Most of the lettuce was see through and browning. No drinks were given to us, and there was no dressing for my salad. Ihelped myself to obtain what I needed from behind the counter. DQ has delicious ice cream, but this store was a joke. I nevercomplain in reviews but this was something else. Read more

I have never written a bad review but after multiple bad experiences and tonight?s experience?..They?re earned it. Anytime you... come to this diary queen, you spend about 30-40 minutes in line because the lobby isn?t open. A few times I have waited 15minutes, not moved, so I turn around and leave. Mind you, the line isn?t even long, they are just THAT slow. So tonight was thesame thing , but I really craved a blizzard so I waited. After 32 minutes of waiting in line for one blizzard, I was given thewrong blizzard that was completely melted down. I found out it was wrong because I took a bite and it was cookie dough, notbrownie. I was super annoyed but I like chocolate cookie dough so I continued to eat it. BUT, they only put chocolate and piecesof cookie dough at the top and the ENTIRE CUP after about 5 bites was solid, vanilla ice cream. Even the WRONG order they gaveme was made incorrectly! I called and was given a refund but I had to sit and listen to the manager yell at his employees andswear a ton in the process. Whoever owns this place needs to shut it down for some serious training? Safe yourself time, moneyand disappointment and go somewhere else. Literally anywhere else. Read more

About a year ago we came to this DQ on our bikes? just to arrive and find all doors locked and only the drive thru open. No... problem, we ordered online and waited outside? eventually our food came out? totally understandable in the first 6 months of thepandemic? Today 9/2/22 same story, we arrived to find all the doors locked? on a Friday night on Labor Day weekend. Werepeated our previous plan from a year ago? ordered on line and paid? watched SEVERAL people arrive and leave based on thelocked doors. Blame being short staffed, but there were no less than 6 employees ?working? the drive thru. Eventually we poundedon the window enough that we got someone?s attention? she was super nice offered several ways to ?make it right?. We declinedany special treatment and just wanted to get our food so we could eat it and get our kids home. She went to go make our food (2blizzards and 2 sundaes) and proceeded to get yelled at by another employee ?I already MADE that order?. I suppose he thoughtthe doors were locked and didn?t know that there were customers in the Store to pick the order up. I just cannot understand howa franchise owner would be okay with the doors locked on a Friday night, Labor Day weekend! While paying 6 people. Too bad, looks like we will have to ride bikes to another establishment to get ice cream. Read more

Routinely horrible service. NEVER ORDER ONLINE!! If you order ahead with the app, your food is guaranteed to not be ready at the... estimated pickup time. They will make it the moment you arrive and show them that you ordered, and not a moment sooner. Theteenage staff will likely get your order wrong, so be sure to double check. Managenent will not provide an explanation (otherthan "I don't know" and "it didn't show up") as to why your order wasn't ready when you arrived, and will also not compensateyou in any way unlike how another establishment might give you a coupon or voucher for messing up your order or wasting yourtime. Drive-thru experience is also terrible. Extremely slow service, employees who will stare at you instead of greeting orverifying your order, or announcing your total for your order, and the building itself is not designed correctly to handle drivethru. You will need to swing outwards before turning the corner after the speakerbox or else you'll be too far away from thewindow. Nothing will tell you that you will need to do that, by the way. No cones or lines on the pavement, nothing. Thequality of the food is standard, comparable to other DQ locations. In my latest order the gravy dipping sauce was extremelythick due to a lack of water content within the gravy, which means that it was cooked for too long or left out for too long. Inthe order previous to this one, it took them an extremely long time to give me my food at the window. I had ordered ahead withthe app and watched them make my food at the window. I had to go through the drive through because the dining area was closed. They hadn't even started when I was said I had an order at the speaker, in a slow moving line of cars. An extremely youngemployee handed me one part of my order, and when I asked where the other part of it was, they swore under their breath andsheepishly asked if I was okay without it. Considering it was a 5 dollar side of cheese curds, I wasn't, and I had t Read more
