The Covington is a lovely non-touristic high-end restaurant perfect for those special occasions! My type of place: well thought... out décor, extremely well trained and lovely, engaging staff, and of course, delicious fresh, well prepared food made of highend ingredients. What a good find! The food is the best I've tried on the island. Above and beyond with flavors and variety of ingredients. I had... the seafood homemade pasta that was absolutely delicious.
