If you ever want to experience the worst customer service and lack of brain cells, this is the place for you!! I placed a... mobile order and paid on the app, came up to the window to a rude older woman who didn?t say a word. I explained I was there fora mobile order and she went on to say I needed to pay, only issue was I HAD ALREADY PAID, I explained it at least 5 times andshe still insisted I did not pay, after going back and fourth and showing her the literal bank statement, I gave her my card,she then handed me back a receipt, I issue? I PAID FOR THE PEOPLE BEHIND ME !!! I told her this is not what I ordered and thatshe charged me for the wrong order (about $15 more expensive) and she told me I would have to call the customer support linebecause she?s not authorized to do refunds and supposedly there was no manager? so! If being talked to like you?re the dirt onthe bottom of someone?s shoe and being overcharged is your thing, then this is the place for you. And to the lady who workedthe first window on June 16th around 8am and caused this whole catastrophe, I hope you learn a better way to speak to people,and get some help for your bitter attitude.
