We had the great pleasure to dine at Roberto's for the first time last night, and so glad we did. To begin, the food was as... good as any we can ever remember. We loved every bite. All the employees were friendly and helpful. The free valet parkingservice was perfect, and our waiter, Francisco, even arranged to have our car ready for us when we were ready to leave. Highly disappointed in Roberto's customer service and would encourage patrons to avoid this restaurant. I was a long term... customer ordering food on average 1-2 times per week. A few weeks ago we accidentally placed an incorrect order (valued at $30).When I arrived to pickup the food we noticed an error and appologized profusely. The owner remade the meal and I left. Over thepast two weeks I attempted to order online and all have been declined. Tonight I went to pick up food and was told by the waiterthe owner no longer wants the business because I made that error a few weeks earlier. I'm baffled by the lack of basic humandecency especially after being a good customer. Sorry I made a mistake, we all do at times you should have told me my error wasa huge hardship on you. Read more

This place is terrible. We made an error once with a takeout order and they threw us out as customers. The Boss said they won?t... make us food anymore. Over a pork chop. I am shocked. We?ve been getting food here for over a year multiple times a week. Wewere apologetic when the order was an error. I have been going through a difficult time in my life and made an error due tostress as I?m normally meticulously doing things. It was a complete accident. I have never experienced something like this.We?ve placed orders over the past few weeks and they?ve been declining them and finally told us tonight that they refuse to makefood for us. What cowards.
