First want to thank the certain staffs there. Would like to thank Andrew ( host ), David ( waiter ), and Allen ( GM ). My... friends and I have been coming here for some time and ever since we got David, we don't want any other waiter to help us. Healways went above and beyond to make sure we always had drinks on the table and of course made sure our hookah was lit. David isone of the very few waiters that's young and actually attends to his customers. Last night, couple of the guys wanted to go outand we ended up coming to Spirit. Andrew, being the host, we asked if we can get a table since the bar was packed. Heimmediately made sure he sat us down, asked if we needed anything else, even asked us if we were okay during our time there.When we recognized our usual waiter, he came up to us made sure we were okay and that he apologized that he couldn't be ourwaiter but we understood and even though he couldn't, he still made sure our waiter took care of us. As we were about leave,Allen made sure we had a good night and thanked us for coming back. This kind of customer service makes us want to come backand we will be. This place is ok. Food is decent, drinks are too, hookah was pretty good, but the hookah guys were not really coming around to... turn the coal at all, service was very slow and it wasn’t busy hours, they were barely people inside. It wasn’t a badexperience, but wasn’t a great one either. Read more
Dines here a few times. Food is decent, drinks are good. The hookas are great. Service is a hit or miss. First two times, female... waitresses were not the friendliest and acted annoyed. Last time, and the reason they got 4 stars, was thanks to the ServerJustin. HE WAS AMAZING. Knowledgeable about the menu, and was able to recommend items with ease. And best of all he looked likehe enjoyed his job and was really friendly and courteous. Ask for Justin whenever you visit! Read more
