today was the 3rd time I?ve ordered a bagel NOT toasted, but they give it to me toasted. why ask what I want when you?re just... not going to do it? because then I have to wait for the piping bagel to cool down so I don?t have gloopy cream cheese meltingeverywhere, & when I can eventually eat it when it?s a normal temperature, the texture is all off. please just follow theorders. I love coming here. I like to decompress on my work breaks at this Caribou, and it's a great spot to just relax for a bit. Every... staff member has been kind and personable. Everything I've ordered has been prepared quickly and have never had any issues. Ifyou come in and no-one is at the register right away, just remember to be patient.
