Awesome hometown deli family owned and operated for 20 years.
I went to order a pizza tonight and the women who answered was COMPLETELY rude. I asked for a recommendation on a flavor for... wings as this was my first time ordering, the women was soooooo unprofessional and basically acted as if I was a bother to evenask her. I said I would like to do a large pizza , 30 wings, extra crispy and she's like well what wings do you even want. Shewas very short. Lost a first time customer. She said "listen women" to me when I asked may I ask who I'm speaking with and wenton to say she doesn't need to let me know who she's speaking with. I asked to speak with someone else. We have only recently found this hidden jem, and we have already ordered pizza, wings, and subs THREE times in just over a week!... They use fresh dough, and deep fry their chicken wings!! If there are any other Buffalo natives looking for good pizza andwings, Norman's is definitely the place!! The owners are friendly and the food is fresh, delicious, and reasonably priced!! As anice little bonus they also add a garlic butter dip with the pizza for dipping the crust. It is pretty tasty and I even used theleft over butter on grilled cheese sandwiches for the kids.
