First time ever going to a dunkin and it was not the best experience, first as my mom and I walked in we were not greeted and... there was an employee at the entrance and 3 behind the counter, second there was family that entered after us and we werewaiting to be helped but the female behind the register helped the family before us, third there was a screen that was beepingand one of the male employees turned off the screen and said "I'm tired of people ordering!" The employees here all look liketeenagers and were ignoring all the customers, they also locked the doors at 9:30 when Google states they close at 11pm. Iwouldn't come to this dunkin again. Read more
they have a great loyalty app that constantly sends coupons for free drinks or food. their prices are good. the only downside... would be that i get the iced coffee and it seems to taste different every time i get it when i order the same amount of sugarand cream every time. sometimes it tastes so terrible i can?t even finish my drink and other times it?s good. conflicting andmakes me not want to go here unless i have a coupon from the app. Read more
Unfriendly service and staff looks miserable especially the girl at the drive through window today around 1:30 today. The... location is terrible. The line wraps around the entire building that consists of multiple businesses so it?s a nightmare to parkat any of these establishments and get out. I was very generous with the stars for this rating. The customer service here was horrible today. A group of young girls behind... the counter who seemed to have Zero Experience and little to NO IDEA as to what they were doing or what they were suppose to do.On the other hand a young boy named ?Mark? was practically doing everything. He was soft spoken, well mannered and seemed verycalm throughout the entire ordeal. I never leave reviews or bad comments but I thought his great customer service should beacknowledged.
