I?ve been to this place several times when I?m around Edinburg. I walked in around 5:45 and there was a guy there. I asked for a... quart of cotton candy and strawberry ice cream with strawberries, I noticed he filled the quart with only cotton candy ice creamand I let him know it was with strawberry also his reply was ?you said cotton candy only and I already filled it?. I asked ifhe could change it and he replied ?I guess?. I had never been treated or disrespected like that from any business. The lid wasfull of melted ice cream. I still bought the ice cream, get home, open it and on the first two scoops I only get a couple ofpieces of strawberries lol. My only complaint is that the charge about $3 extra for them. I?m just going to laugh about this butthis kid shouldn?t be working with customers. I see the owner all the time and she looks strict. I guess she made a mistake withthis one. Read more
Don?t place an order online. They will not work on it until you get to the location. Secondly, if they get the order wrong and... say something about it, the lady will get upset. She will then give you and attitude and and say it?s not her fault. Saveyourself the stress and avoid this place. Read more
You shouldn?t be touching food without gloves. At all. I shouldn?t have to ask employees to put gloves on. I shouldn?t question... if the employees packing my cakes in the back used gloves as well. USE GLOVES. Do better. Read more
Service sucks. As you walk in no one acknowledge you. You are waiting in line and another customer walks in and gets service... first because it was a preorder. The only reason I stayed is because I had my grandson and he wanted ice cream so bad. Thiswill be my first and last time going to that location. Horrible customer service Read more
