Not only was the food immaculate, so was the service! Brian specifically! He was the only one who catered to my needs and... checked up on me to make sure everything was good. (No one else bothered to come up and check up on me they all gave the vibesthat they didn?t want to be there and they looked like they hated their job) Brian on the other hand smiled like there was notomorrow and made me feel like I knew him for years and made me feel so welcome! I like that you can build your pizza from crust, sauce and toppings. They've got some good cookies and brownies and lemonades... that are trying to hard (I like the classic), their sweet tea is not so sweet, but.you should only go here if you're craving ispizza because that's all they have no wings or other side items. Very bad experience, the main was the bred used in my order was they used to show size, a mean exposed to environment, and the... bread doesn't looks delicious, then very expensive compared with similar pizzas in other restaurants, the worst was theservices, hurried up, doesn't speak Spanish, fortunately I speak both. The screen menu, to me is confusing because I never sawthe price for my order. After a long waiting to tray something different than the famous pizzas in town, I was disappointed inPieology. Hands down some of the best pizza in town.... amazing. The place was nice and empty when I went with my wife...I liked how it... has several different seating options (bar, booth, outside patio). Only negative comment were that we entered and no greetingsfrom the staff. We stood there ready to order for like 3-4 mins...the girls just kept on making pizzas...no "we'll be right withyou".. nothing. It was pretty awkward standing there...like they wanted to avoid even eye contact. On to the pizza...I love thechoose your own toppings places. They have numerous combinations you can choose from as far as cheese goes (mozzarella,parmesan), veggies, and proteins. I had the cauliflower crust with pepperoni, sausage, chorizo, jalapenos, mushrooms, andbanana peppers. The pizza came out piping hot and delicious! Again...it was delicious. Whether it was the crust or thecombination of ingredients or the way it was made...as they say it was a "perfect pizza pie". The crust was perfectlytoasted...the thickness of the pizza was thin crust type so it wasn't extremely filling. Sometimes you only eat 2-3 slices atother places and you feel loaded down with the flour. I ate the whole thing and didn't feel like I had a 2lb weight on mystomach. My wife also loved her pizza...loved it. Great thing of this place is they had draft...and several selections. I hadthe local 5x5 Bombshell draft and it was a perfect complement to the pizza. They also had other types of fruit drinks ofcombinations that aren't found elsewhere (cucumber/mint, mango/lemonade). We sampled a few and each one tasted natural and notpumped full of sugar. Went there for the first time and really really enjoyed it Brian helped me out and was a really big help. The pizza he helped me... with tasted absolutely phenomenal. I was thrown off a bit by the other workers. I could see alot of attitude and got alot ofrude looks from them but Brian was great about shifting my mood away from theirs.
