Cold dry food and lousy customer service!! I reached out to corporate to complain and because I didn?t save my receipt they... offered no satisfaction. I gave them the date and time of my visit , the exact amount I spent and a visual description of whatwas going on at the time .They could have easily pulled the receipt from the stores records . They obviously didn?t want to helpand took whatever ?out? they could.They?ll never get a penny from me again and I?ll broadcast loud and clear to anyone who willlisten WHY I?m doing so!! Read more
Drove a total of an hour going there and back home. The person who took my order to go mistakenly gave 2 meatloaf instead 1... meatloaf and 1 while chicken. Didn't notice it till I got home. When called them, the best they can do is for me to drive 30minutes there and another 30 minutes back home to pick up a free chicken. And I have to reheat all my food. Read more
