Store closes at 8PM I arrived at 7:30 and the people there working there from the outside saw me walking towards the door and... lights were turned off right away. I understand every store is different but there was no need to be rude like that especiallyknowing there was plenty of time left. See this is by far the worst dunkin I?ve been too , I pick up a coffee with my husband every morning . When we order the lady... isn?t even listening to continue to insist on us ordering a sandwich .She doesn?t get our order correctly because she continuesto say any sandwich! It?s very frustrating when you order something at your desire and the employee cannot listen . The outcomeof our coffees where horrible nothing that we asked for . My husband asked for whipped cream and she wanted to charge him for itwhen he clearly asked for it at the beginning of the order .Horrible ! Today ( 09/23/2021 at 9.45 am I went to buy Egg and cheese croissant and a Cappuccino , one Indian lady took my order and i... paid cash she gave me the change and she made me the Cappuccino , another older guy Asian Male ( Maybe owner/Manager ) wasmaking bacon, once he done he wanted to make my Croissant, i told him Excuse me sir please change that gloves and make my foodbecause I am a Muslim and I don't eat Pork , he said yes I am about to change the gloves, and he asked me you from Indonesia ? Just an FYI: If you use the dunkin app and the employee fulfills the order incorrectly you can?t get a refund. I had to agree... with both employees until finally one of them call the ?manager? who still pushed back and tried to offer me other goods tocompensate for their mistake. In the end, the supposedly reloaded my card with the amount. I?m waiting for the transaction toappear in the app to confirm the refund went through. If not, I?ll be making another trip to the store to fight for my refund. Read more
