Such a cute place! Great place to catch up with friends or family. If you like sweet drinks I recommend the chai latte! It was... too sweet for me, but still delicious! OH MY GOD. THIS IS THE BEST PLACE FOR PASTRIES! Our uncle took us here because it's 45 minutes away from our house and it's eye... candy inside. I wanted to order everything. My first time experience with Paris Baguette was with the one in Midtown NY and I had always wished there was one in NJ too. And... boy did I find one soon in Edison only, after moving to this neighborhood. This Paris Baguette location is so huge and theykeep everything in the open for you to see. The cakes are not made behind the doors and I feel this is a great marketingtechnique to let the customers know that the fresh cakes or pastries they have come here to buy did not arrive in trucks norlocked in freezers for days. You must watch the pastry chefs making the cakes and you will know there is Art made right in frontof you. They even have cool cake lockers for you to pick up your orders yourselves and they have good seating spaces bothindoors and outdoors. Parking is not a challenge as they are covered by rear parking as the plaza where this bakery is located,gets crazily busy on weekends. Not to miss, the staff are super friendly and make great recommendations if you are to get lostin their sea of choices. Now keeping the best for the last, if you have a sweet tooth, look no further as they have the bestcakes and sweet treats in town. The cream is so rich and light and the best part is that they don?t dump the sugar on theircreations and they are just adequate, making you crave for more. What a history with this place. I was a customer during it's grand opening, seen it through all the challenges and changes, and... now it seems to be a fraction of what it was. Many moons ago it was managed expertly and intricately by a staff with heart andsoul and they?ve put everything they could into the role. After PB corporate decided to franchise out the brand and store, itreally changed a lot. I used to be able to sit here and read a book relaxing after a long day?s work. But now, it?s mainly aplace they want to push people in and out. I mean I get it, things change for the profit, but can?t help but feel like the soulof it is gone. Pasties are still good, cakes are still the best around, and coffee is average at best. Not enough seating andstaff runs through as quick as the cakes near holidays. Read more
