Waited over 20 minutes for one milkshake that I ordered ahead of time online. I?m a mall employee and have limited time to get... food, so I always order before leaving on my break. When I arrived, I let the employee know I was picking up an online order. Helooked and saw it hadn't even been started yet. He apologized and started making it, then stopped when other employees came tothe front area. After waiting roughly 10-15 I informed another employee that I had been waiting a while for an order and all Igot was ?sorry?. Between FOUR employees, it shouldn?t take that long.
