The Worst customer service I've had to deal with in 2022!! The Store manager didn't have the common courtesy to listen without... interrupting me. The food is overcharged and horrible in taste. The bacon was burnt, fries cold and over and hour old, justhorrible all the way around. Would never recommend or return there to eat!!! The Store manager Erica should go to school tolearn better customer service skills as a manager. Because not once did I disrespect her or curse her. But she treated me as ahorrible person. Read more
Holy mother of juicy burger. This burger joint is the best in the area and should be renamed ? the exemplary joint? *A note to... owners; whomever you have working in the kitchen , making the hamburgers Monday-Friday around 12 or 1pm.... give them a bigraise and do anything you can to keep them, unless you, the owner are making them, which would explain the quality and displayof care*. This has been one the very few places I have been to which offers a consistently high quality and actually appetizinglooking hamburgers. As you see in my gorgeous photos, this is the third time I have gone there ( Thursday or Friday around 12or 1pm) and they have been consistently A+. Long live the chef and the wonderful server, Kate the great as they call her. Great food. I cant eat here anymore due to gluten sensitivity but I will miss it. Great Guacamole and burgers.
The time taken for service at this cafeteria style location at UCO was very long. A 42 minute wait on chicken nachos is a little... much. The chef is good, just slow. Read more
