Used to love it here, the quality is decreasing. They microwave everything now. My BLT bagel was chewy and hard.

Today we came in ordered our food. Waited 15-20 minutes for our food. Everyone that had came in after us had been served and... were practically gone. My wife asked twice about our food. The staff was rude and just kept telling here we?re working on it. Itwas just three bagels with cream cheese nothing crazy. Finally when the food came out it was cold. We will never come back tothis location. I?d the staff spent more time taking care of customers and less time joking and laughing and messing around inthe back things would go smoother.
