For the money ($10 per dish avg) I have to give it up to Pho Ben + Snow Pea off Kelly and W Edmond. Been a few times now and... both the Pho and the Chinese are great! Told 15min and it took 30min after we pulled up and the guy walked off with my debit card for almost 10minutes. Then the guy... starts clipping his nails before cooking my food. 35$ and they didnt even fill up the broth containers or coffee all the way itwas half full.
