Food was fine, I asked for no olives and there was still olives. Woman at the register seem to be a trainee. She was missing my... chips as well as my drink I had to ask her for both. She gave me my chips and still forgot my drink. I had to ask her again tograb my drink. It?s not really that she was a trainee that was upsetting, more of the fact is that she was very rude. They closed early even though the open sign was still on. Very sus. Schlotzsky?s is usually really good so I was disappointed in... this experience, I hope they had a good reason to close at 8:00pm on a Saturday. Also the indoor seating is closed and eventhough the inside was closed the employees weren?t wearing masks and i doubt they?d put them onfor the drive through. Read more

The very worst service ever! I ordered 2 sandwiches on line. It took 49 minutes to finally get them. Two young men working there... were at the point of tears trying their best to do something they had no idea how to do. 3 times they told me my food would beright out. There were only 2 other customers. I got district mgrs name and left voice mail. No response. Could barely understandhis English with accent.
