Worst. Sonic. Ever. This was one of the most appalling experiences I?ve ever had at a sonic. I ordered a small sauced popcorn... chicken and was given a small popcorn chicken with a container of Buffalo sauce. They tried to shut the window on me as soon asI got my food, but I said something. The gal said, yes we normally mix them up but I guess you can just open up the containerand dip it. I would?ve asked for my money back because that is not what I purchased, but I just didn?t want to spare the timebecause obviously they didn?t care. Such a strange experience and never worth giving another dime to that sonic or theiremployees again. Would understand if there was an issue with containers, but looked more like two people smoking out by thedrive through and cold chicken with no effort to provide fresh food. Read more
Waited 20 minutes for food as there were only 2 people working and they were filling 3rd party orders before other customers.... Made people ordering go through thr drive thru and wait forever. Saw several people drive off and would have done so myself ifmy 5 year old wouldn't have had a meltdown. Read more
ordered off the sonic app and got to the location checked in and then the carhop asked if it was for my name and I said yes she... then proceeded to give me my drink which was correct and then hand me the wrong food so I let her know the food was wrong andimmediately with a snarky attitude asked well let me see your receipt and I said okay and was pulling it up on my phone andhanded her one part of the order back while doing so and she reached her arm into my car and snatched the bag I was about tohand her off of my lap, and then again with an attitude acting like it was my fault she handed the correct person the wrongordered asks so you didn?t order this drink which I tell her yes I did but the food is wrong and as she rolls her eyes at melooks at the food in the bag and goes oh well idk how that happened and turns to go back in to get my order and then when shereturns she shoves the bag into my hand and immediately leaves. The lack of professionalism and over all just friendly behaviorwas appalling and more so upset she immediately treated me like I was lying to her about my order or was wrong for taking thefood she handed me after she confirmed I was the correct person, it was a mess up on her end of grabbing the wrong food and sucha small misunderstanding shouldn?t have immediately made her be defensive and rude and especially she should have never rescuedher arm into a persons car and snatched something out of their lap. Santa Fe Sonic very disappointed waited 5 minutes one car behind us in the lot and three through the drive-thru and never... responded. One employee setting on curbside smoking. Left establishment and went to another Sonic off of Boulevard in Edmond.Service was fast and courteous. Food was really good. Would go back there again Read more

Undercooked, microwaved meat. Burgers are worse than frozen TV dinners. The one time I go to sonic for a burger and immediately... am shown why I don?t get any burgers from any sonic. This sonic use to be a good location, i don?t know if it?s now under newmanagement or if all the employees who cared have left or what. Read more
