I'm a long haul trucker and I get to try bbq all over this country. Found a new favorite today. This place is top shelf.
I have been getting Steve?s rib chopped brisket since he started selling in the lobby of Homeland in the nineties. I purchased... over $60 worth today I had to give most of it to my dogs. I am not joking. The two pounds of chopped brisket I received was halffat and had no flavor. This is just a warning to anyone who has purchased Steve?s rib in the past when he provided a GREATproduct. It is not even close to what it was. Read more
We arrived at Steve's Ribs at 11:30. Opened at 11. We had to call and get them to open the door. We ordered $61 worth of food.... Then as they stood around, they didn't have sweet tea made, said were out of cole slaw, were out of pulled pork, heard girl onphone saying no chicken, heard guy saying on phone to customer they couldn't order ribs with their meal. Their explanation wasthey had big order early but we were first customers in door. We cancelled since they didn't have half of what we had ordered 10min before which they said nothing about not having at time of order. Very disappointed, poor service and no offer to fixanything or give discounts. This kind of service will put them out of business. What a joke restaurant. The Texas toast was cold and not even crispy, the chips for chips and salsa are store bought. Beans... are out of a can. Turkey super dry. Worst bbq we've ever had. Only good meat was the Brisket. Paid good money for lousy food. Don't waste your money. Read more
