What a wonderful find! A small cozy place to enjoy with a friend or a group. The location is old Edmonds, amongst other cafes,... curio shops and restaurants. The signage on this lovely place is not very prominent, so it's easy to miss or just pass bywithout noticing. The Food: the food is authentic, I mean real authentic and you will love it. That said, the small bites lackedthat feeling of reordering. The potatoes were too large and lacked much flavor. The pickles were too tart ( and a bit notinteresting). The sandwiches were really good. All food made in house and none of the canned stuff. Though I would certainly goback again for food and order the sandwiches, I wouldn't say that I am craving for them. Now, in terms of quality, yes the foodgets 5 stars for sure. They can certainly look at the menu again and add some interesting tapas that are not that difficult. TheDrink: Well, well, this is their crown jewel. A great selection of very well curated domestic beer on tap. This is what you gothere for and then have a sandwich ( which, by the way, is very well priced to be affordable). I had a lager from Oregon and itwas just fine!! The Atmosphere: it is a shared space, beautiful wood log table to sit around. It's cost and yes you couldcertainly take your date here. It's personal yet intimate and social. I personally loved it with my group of meetup friends. So,would I recommend it, yes certainly it's a place to hang out and enjoy a sip and sandwich. And finally, the staff....unbelievably friendly. Read more

All the food was not good. We ordered the ropa, rock fish and Cuban sandwich. All had a bitter taste to them. We also ordered... the pickled veggie plate which had melon, peach and beet..all tasted like straight up vinegar/turned beer. The atmosphere wasnot very friendly either. It looked like they had an ok beer selection so maybe an ok place for that but there are so many othergreat places in Edmonds with good food and friendly atmospheres. I honestly don?t know how it has so many good reviews. We endedup throwing away our food. No one asked us about this either they all just kindof glared at us. It was that bad. This issomething I never do. I usually love this type of food and if you do too pass on this place and check out el cubano or bongos. Read more

A la carte menu includes GF or vegan options, homemade pickles, fresh baked bread, desserts, and finger foods that pair well... with brews on tap. Centrally located in downtown Edmons with plenty of free off-street parking, also community parking lotsnearby, within walking distance to Kingston Ferry or the waterfront. There?s a vacation seaside resort kind of feel to theneighborhood. Frequently changing new exhibits of wall art available for sale by independent artists. Read more

Stopped in for a beer and ended up socializing with strangers at the outside long table. Great atmosphere, kid friendly and... clean. The bartender is friendly and doesn't mind letting you have a taste of something before purchase. There is a chef onsite with a varied menu. The outside seating lets you enjoy the weather and people watching with all the activity. Read more

It?s our first time visiting Edmonds. This shop attracted us when we walked by - its hard wood sitting inside and outside of the... shop looks really cute and organic. Also perfect spot for people watching:) we decided to give it a try - the sandwiches are ofhigh quality and taste so well. The owner is friendly and very helpful in settling us down inside of the shop (we have astroller with a toddler). The shop was well decorated with local arts and more wooden shelf. Bathroom is a surprise too! Weloved the plates on the wall representing all local breweries, as well as the fun stickers on the ceiling that only babies onthe changing table will notice. Overall, a warm and fun store to dine in! Read more
