Ordered online more than an hour late and no one would answer the phone for help about why it was so late. Don?t... recommend. [Update] - Owner reached out in this review that they will make it right, I reached out and emailed him with my infobut he never got back to me that was two weeks ago. Ordered online. Went in at the time the pizza was supposed to be done. Was made to wait at the counter for 10 mins before anyone... even came to the front to speak to me. A older customer yelled into the back to get the employees to acknowledge a now 7 personcrowd. Then I was told I had to wait additional 15 Mins after waiting 15 mins just to be acknowledged. This week when I pre-ordered pizza for delivery I called after it was 10 minutes past the scheduled time, the person hung up.... When I called back they said they just got it in the oven. It was 36 minutes late without any communication initiated from theirside or apologizing for inconvenience. The pizza was for my co-workers and messed up a number of schedules. We were visiting from Canada. The gentleman by the name of Nick provided exceptional service. The order was few mins late and he... offered us free Pepsi and dipping sauces. He made sure we were satisfied. Nick is a GEM. Keep him!! Read more

First time I've actually made an order. Every other time I've been in the store I've been ignored for 20 or more minutes. (4... times). I'll give more stars if I'm treated well this time. BTY almost 4 bucks for water is insane. No surprise problem with myorder caused a delay. Last ever visit at this location. I will not Recommend.
