They took 12 minutes to get me my burger, it was entirely incorrect, I asked for some ingredients off due to allergies and the... burger came fully loaded, I ordered cheese and it did not come with cheese, and then I waited another 10 minutes for them to fixit. The cashier had to tell the kitchen staff FIVE TIMES what the order was, and in the end, they still got it wrong but atleast it didn't have the allergens. Waste of time and money. Read more
At least one of the female counter staff is awful. Tried excessive pressure tactics to sell fries, short changed an elderly... gentleman and mocked him to the next customer in line. Train your people better. Read more
I ordered onion rings and kids meal for my kids and I asked ranch with my onion rings and the girl was you have to pay for It... never paid for regular ranch and already paid I have to use my credit card again and pay for 37 cents and the bank charge me 1dollar but it was jalapeño ranch and I asked her you don't have regular ranch ?I don't what they said with the other girl intheir language and the give me the regular ranch in little cantener I never pay for it in other locations the first time it'sridiculous must of the time l don't take my changes but that day I didn't have a penny on me Read more
