Absolutely horrendous. Probably one of the most dire breakfast buffets I have ever seen. How do you manage to make bacon taste... bad? The sausage wasn?t even edible. They should be ashamed to serve such substandard food at such an outrageous price. Completelack of selection, nothing tasted good and it?s obvious, based on how empty it was, that this place has obviously given up. My mom and I went here tonight for her birthday dinner. She had the veal and I had the New York striploin steak. Both entrees... were very tasty and the steak was beyond tender and flavorful, surpassing our expectations. The desserts- both the cheesecakeand the tiramisu were to die for! ???????? We loved the ambience and the service was outstanding- Anissa was very kind andattentive, and when I told her it was my mom?s birthday, she gave us a free cake to take home! ???????? Terrible management and very bad so called chefs at this hotel.They really need to take a crash course in proper food... preparation or hire qualified trained chefs. These guys are a joke but you won't be laughing when you waste your money on theoverpriced prime rib buffet. MINUS star should be an available rating to accurately describe this experience. Disgusting isgiving them more than they deserve. They obviously don't care about their rating or complaints and never follow up as long asthe suckers keep coming in. Read more

Never have I witnessed a more condescending display of disdain towards the general public. The food is so-so, but this lady... ruins it. The Radisson Edmonton South's reputation is connected to this establishment and the conduct of it's employees. Thisexperience will ensure our team picks a different hotel for Edmonton events. Please managment send your chefs... and other staff for just one Sunday brunch at the Sky harbor in the best western, Port O Call in Calgary so they can learn howfood should taste and how service is suppose to be.
