Food was good, speed of service was good but was over billed on my pizza. Ordered an ?off the shelf? meat eater pizza simply... without onions and they billed it as a ?build your own? to the tune of $2 more. Their pizza and garlic bread are really yummy! The service is fast and I love getting to watch the pizza get cooked!
Waaaay better than Famoso. Blaze pizza actually has flavor! Regular crust is perfect thickness, crunchy and not floppy and... sopping wet. The ovalini mozzarella is always perfectly melted, and the pizza perfectly cooked. Their regular tomato sauce hasjust the right about of acidity, and when adding their sea salt and oregano, it just comes together so nicely! Wonderfulbalances of flavors. I do love the blaze pizza, love that you can get what you want on a pizza, and really love that the pizza is cooked in a big... fire oven. Love the dough that they make, when cooked with fire, it always makes the crust so perfect, crispy and has thatsatisfying chew. The staff are always really friendly and helpful as well! Read more
