Excellent hot chocolate. Their gluten free brownies are yummy. ???? Wasn't too crowded. Which is amazing to me because their... Vancouver locations are usually jam packed. Update: It's getting busier but still great. They are clearly training people butI'm sure they will get more efficient. The acoustics must be bad for the staff behind the counter because they sound so loud. Iknow the machines make noise but I could hear this one person's entire loud speech about their old job.
