My family and I have been to this location 3 times. Every time was a horrible experience. Finally after the third time we said... we'd never go back. 137th location is quite close. We live 3-4 minutes away from this Northgate one, so tonight we decided toorder delivery from there. Because, how could that service be screwed up, right? All of our experiences have been with theservice, not the food. So we thought, what the heck. Why not. The girl I spoke with on the phone said 40 minutes. About 65minutes later I called to ask about our order and she puts me on hold to call the driver. He told her he was at our house sookay, look out here he comes. All of our food is cold/soggy. It has clearly been sitting there for way too long. I've been aserver for 17 years and I've never in my life made a negative review because this industry is my life. I know people have baddays, etc. But this location is the worst restaurant I've ever dealt with, coming from someone who eats out about 4 times aweek. Avoid. Read more
My daughter's boyfriends food came out with onions, he made it very clear he didn't want onions. We let the server know, he... brought the food back to the kitchen, he came back to let us know the meat and onions are combined, it's not possible to removethe onions. This should have been communicated when he asked for no onions. We ordered a burger for him, meanwhile the rest ofus are eating our meal while he waits. Our server did not not have much service for us. Said be back in 1 minute to come back and take our order which turned into... about 10 minutes. Food came 1st then we had to ask for plates as we also ordered pizza. He did not offer dessert menu yet wehad to ask. Once we were finished our server was not available for payment. After waiting, we had to call another servernamed Ali. He was very friendly, apologized and helped us with payment at the table. Service rating is 5 because of Ali forhis friendliness, quick decision to help with payment, I would have given a 2 star otherwise. Read more
