We went for wing night and got the boneless wings...we ordered too much but it was sooo good.
Boston pizza’s fare is always so consistent. We were there for a Christmas party and had booked the space in the basement.... Nice and private, private access so as to not have to go through the restaurant to enter or exit was a nice feature. Staff wasgreat! Read more
The manager allowed a drunk male guest to harrass, make repeated physical contact and disturb both the servers and guests for... almost the entire duration of my visit last night. Despite the server communicating to us he was being removed by the manager wewitnessed him cornering and attempting to intimidate a server + making unwanted physical contact nearly 3 hours after theinitial disturbances. Ordered delivery. Not only was the service terrible over the phone, but the delivery driver was very argumentive upon delivery.... We where told on the phone that we could pay with a gift card (we had a few). Despite knowing for sure the gift cards had abalance the machine was not working and the delivery driver was very vocal with how unimpressed he was delivering to ouraddress. Apparently it is further than they usually go. Which wasn't mentioned at the time the order was placed. We then paid asmall portion in cash, and split the cost between 2 people. Instead of applying the cash to the overall balance, he had pocketedthe money and charged the cards for the whole balance. He didnt deserve a tip. He was very annoyed with us and made it extremelyobvious. He then instead of handing us the receipt and cards back put them on my cats litter box? Very sanitary! After he leftand we wanted to enjoy our meals the food was not worth what we had paid. It was very water logged, portions where a lot smallerthan usual. It arrived warm which was nice.
