11:35pm 08/27/22: Very poor experience. I never order at Burger King and figured I would try it out! Customer service was very... poor, the order taker was super dismissive of our order. After interupting the employee in to specify "no mayo" it was thereanyways. Not to mention, when the order was ready, it was essentially thrown at me. I understand that perhaps these twoemployees were in the midst of closing down, but this service was incredibly unprofessional. Food however, even tho it was notcorrect, was good. Read more
Nuggets are better than McDonald's and way cheaper (plus you get more). The jalapeño poppers are good. Food is pretty quick to... make. Our Mozzarella sticks were way over cooked, we asked for large drinks and they gave us medium. We had to repeat the ordermultiple times cause she could not understand us through the speaker. No napkins given as well. Food is mediocre, but thenuggets are always so good. The roadhouse burger was honestly pretty pathetic, I can't say our 2 meals were worth $30. Read more
I'm giving this location a 1 star only because I couldn't give it anything less. My mom and I have been coming to this location... for a while, and everytime we think our order is gonna be right, it's not. And so everytime we go, we have to make sure that ourorder is right, because everytime we go, we're always missing napkins, ketchup and getting the wrong order. Did not like thefact that some of the staff are VERY pushy, and being given snarky comments. Also didn't like the fact that we were being rushedwhen giving the order and receiving the order. I'm sorry but the customer service here isn't great. And the one lady there,Vivian, isn't very nice,, very rude, pushy and when we phoned ahead before, she pretended she couldn't hear us. Never order on skip. They literally can?t get a single thing right. It?s not a wrong condiment sort of issue (people can live... with that), it?s entire items missing from their bundles so you can?t even get a partial refund for the food you paid for andnever received. Best get your fast food somewhere they actually check the bag to make sure all the items are there beforehanding it off the the courier. Read more
