I got a turtle blizzard and they didn't put any turtles in it, thought maybe it was just an accident and we couldn't go back... through the drive through as we were off on the highway when we got it. Ordered a blizzard, a slush, and 2 items off the 2 for 6 menu. Got to the window and she missed one of the 2 for 6 items. I let... her know and she didn't add it on the till. She then tried to charge me full price for the item. I told her no I wanted to 2 for6 like I originally asked for. She then said "the problem is I don't know how to do a refund" Then vanished, came back, and onceagain tried charging me full price again. She finally had me pay the difference so that I wasn't over charged after almost 10minutes. Don't have people working the window if they don't know how to do their job. Read more
