Amazing when they first opened, but since then the quality of food and customer service has gone down. The rice in the Kimball... was old, the ramen was under cooked and the corn dogs had more air than hotdog and twice the batter. I won't be venturing backany time soon. Read more
The woman taking the order was very rude. She was the one who made a mistake in my order. So it took another 10 minutes to get... the missing items done. I asked how long and she went into the kitchen and came out yelling ?One minute ma?am ok? One minute!?Holding her pointing finger at me. When my order was completed I said you should not yell at your customers and she said ?I?lltry ok?? very loudly .Never going back there. Very poor service. Rude and disrespectful. I waited 20 minutes for a corndog with a store that literally had no customers earlier. I had to wait 15 minutes to pick up my... order because there was no cashier. Furthermore, the cook was in the back talking to someone on the phone instead of cooking orhelping the customers lined up in the front. Read more
