We have been going to this place for so many years, but never had any issues. Customer service was always good, and even if we... had any problems, staff was so polite and accommodating. We went today with my family and we ordered just Nachos. They wereso late and cold. When i went up to the bar and asked manager that this is cold and i had same experience twice here. He was sodrunk and he told me, " if you don't like the food then don't order it, just play the game and go". I was soooo shocked. Irealized he was drunk so i didn't want to create any scene i just told him to give my money back , i don't want to come backhere . He was shouting at the chefs, was rude to servers. I don't know if he's a manager or owner, but i would never go backto this business until they apologize and improve. Read more

We hosted a birthday party and it was wonderful. The party host was very humble and so cooperative. We picked Ulyimate package... which includes bowling and laser tag. Kids enjoyed a lot, everyone had load of fun and loads of memories. Read more

The bowling was fun! The staff not so much. The waitress seemed to not want to be there, and annoyed that we ordered a meal to... share to start with . I was pretty clear that we'd order more later in the evening but I didnt give the chance too. Thewaitress closed out our tab before the first game was finished and said then we could order more if we wanted but thendisappeared for the rest of the night. Booked my son's 8th birthday here. I think the packages were super reasonable. The kids had a great time. The staff was... extremely helpful and kind. We even had to deal with an injury (kid's fault), and everyone came to help and did first aidimmediately. I'd definitely have another birthday celebration here. Read more
