I always order 10 chicken half regular and half spicy but always got regulay chicken! There?s no option on their Jollibee app on... how to place a complain after your order was delivered! Not happen just once but 4 times already.. Read more
i ordered a 6 chicken all spicy bucket, but i got all original. then the chicken is soggy and not crispy, not hot or even warm.... you guys made me very sad, i was so excited to eat. i just wish you cared more for the value of what you serve to customers,especially that i paid for it. Read more
Jollibee is always my happy place and getting my comfort foods. Each time I crave for sweets I just buy their peach mango pie or... chocolate sundae. Best chicken burger I have had in a long time! There is Ivan who was so kind and Edwin who gave exceptionally personalized... service. Bravo to the managers who hire them. They cleaned and sanitized with pure diligence. The mango drink was amazing andthat mango peach pie?! Omg. Just go try it. Edwin said people come just for the pie. An absolute disaster. It was a very cold night where I went to the drive thru, all tired from work, to get some meals.... Everything was going well until I reached the cashier where it all went wrong. Placing EVERYTHING on a big plastic (ew) bag,surely nothing could possibly go wrong, right? Well, the lady who handed my order surely thought of that, but unfortunately itwas a mess. The burger steak sauce was dripping all over, the chicken was flying on the bag as if it were still alive, andsome. At the time I was fixing the mess they made, they SHOUTED at me to go off. They basically gave me a pile mess and told meto go away. Like, who does this? On all the decades I've lived until now, no company has done this much disservice as Jollibee.I don't know their current marketing slogan now, but before I remember it was "Sa Jollibee bida ang saya" which roughlytranslates to "Jollibee promotes happiness". Unfortunately, they probably discarded that one as I was definitely not happy whenI went there. They should add "free stress" add-on to their drive thru orders because they definitely gave that to me on myvisit. If I would've known, I wouldn't have wasted my time and money to do so. P.S.: If the manager of that branch is readingthis comment, I truly hope this will be an eye opener to retrain their staff on food handling and packaging, and some actualcustomer respect (because I didn't feel any respect from my previous visits).
