Me and my crew come here quite regularly and I am here most nights as I work late, want to start off by saying the young lady... who works the front does an amazing job and always makes it a warm and welcoming environment. the pizza is always amazingquality and you cannot beat the price, service is always fast within 10 minutes. donair meat wasn't heated up, bone cold, in my donair. and my sub. the sub was not toasted, why ask if your not going to do it.... I have had good food in the past from here. I don't know what happened. hopefully I don't get food poisoning. Read more
My husband ate here tonight, the customer service was awful didn't feel welcomed and gave him dirty looks when he was being nice... to them. They have no prices on their boards. U ask them a price and they respond rudely to you. The place looked clean andrespectful. Tried to sell me old pizza at full price. Donair was cold cheese didn't melt. Honestly so disappointed in this place. Number 1 half the time they don't even know their own prices and you have to really... watch. They will try and charge you 2-3$ more for the bigger items and 1-2 for the smaller items. For example their batteredmushrooms are 10.50 theve tried to charge us 14 dollars. They also tried to sell us sweet sauce for 3$ and this is multipletimes!!! They also never melt the cheese on my donair. And the pizza is great for when you have people over because it's socheap but you get what you pay for. And lastly I've gotten 3 donairs from here and 1/3 times they put sweet sauce on my donairinstead of tzatziki and when I called to let them know about it and see if we can get my order rectified I was told sorry no onemade a super donair which doesn't make any sense. I said I can provide a screen shot showing when I ordered and the owner couldcheck the cameras for that time and I was hung up on.
