Very bad experience with rude staff and unprofessional. The lady in drive thru didn?t know how to provide service at the counter... and spoke rude as my kids were hungry but returned their food because of the attitude the staff was carrying. Not recommended asrestaurant is a place where you give food so need to be nice to customer but instead was opposite. Avoid like a plague during lunch time hours or around times when school is getting out. Place turns into a zoo, and the staff... don't seem to care about patient customers getting butted in front of while in line by groups of unruly teenagers. Nothing saidwhen a crowd of 4 teens walked in front of me coming from the sitting area of the resturant, walking infront of no less then 6patiently waiting people. Nothing said about groups of youths screaming at each other to the point that I heard the staff ask acustomer to repeat their order multiple times because it couldn't be heard. Walked out of this location as a result. Just avoidit if at all possible, feels like you are likely to get stabbed while there. It isn't a pleasant experience and I will not beback. 23rd Ave and Millwoods Rd East has a much quieter KFC location, bigger seating area, better service, better staff whocare about their customers experience.
