Just went through the drive thru. Had 2 trucks pull in after me. One in the outside lane the other behind me. Both got served... before, arrived first served last. Brought this up to the person working the intercom and made minimal acknowledgment, brush itoff. The one star is because you can't give no stars. The lady at the first window was symptomatic and said she would let themanager know. She gets 5 stars for her attempted damage control and for acknowledging the situation. TLDR; go to the outsidelane you will be severed before anyone on the inside lane. Read more
Didn't feel welcome at all. Was ignored at the counter for 5 minutes, at which point I ordered through the kiosk. 10 minutes... of waiting for 2 meals and they were still made incorrectly. Definitely only concerned with drive through, though not sure foodwould have been better or correct. Would only try drive through in the future. Read more
The food and service here is generally good. My main issue with this location is that if your using the drive-thru you should... NEVER use the outer (right) lane. 15 minutes to get my food, two cars in front of me when I started, 6 cars were served in theinner lane before I even gave my order. This is not a one off occurrence, it happens a lot. So you?ve been warned. Read more
