Came here for a birthday on a quiet Sunday evening. Not busy at all. No reason for the poor service. The server seemed stressed... and flustered even though the place was nearly empty. I had to ask more than once for lime for my water and then we couldn't geta refill for the waters we had. She also stood off to the side and seemed to stare at our table for several minutes. I believeshe was writing down everyone's location at the table for the individual bills but the way she went about it made several of ourgroup uncomfortable. Due to the limited gluten free choices I ordered the nachos. Usually a safe bet at a sports bar. No suchluck. Great toppings but the chips were brittle and burnt. Poor service continued when we were finished eating and eating forplates to be removed. We shifted some empties to the table beside us. We also requested the birthday cupcakes to be retrievedfrom the fridge, twice. Finally we had to track down our server at the bar and ask again, at which time she brought them out forus. The only time she was attentive was when she was wanting us to pay. I was in the middle of a conversation with my friendnext to me when the server loudly tapped on the mobile debit machine she had placed in front of me and said it was waiting if Ineeded it. Unbelievable that she interrupted us! First because I hadn't asked for the machine yet, or indicated that's how Iwas intending to pay. Secondly because she could have started the payments on the other end of the table with people who werenot in the middle of a conversation. I love this bar/restaurant! The very best nachos ever and chicken tenders!!!
I came in here with my girlfriend to play pool and eat some nachos tonight. Our server ignored us the entire time, fortunately... Britney filled in and took our order, delivered our food and checked to make sure we were okay. I wish our tip went to herbecause she deserved it. The food was good. Thanks Britney! Read more
We caught the Oilers game at the bar. Lots of TVs to watch. They have a number of pool tables, an air hockey table and a couple... of electronic game machines and even a shuffle board table. So lots of things to do if you don't want to watch a game on TV. Ourserver was pleasant and did a reasonably good job as she appeared to be the only one working the tables. Kind of disappointed for the first time I?ve been here. Some of the drinks were good. But the food was a little bland. And the... bartender didn?t know how to make a caesar properly.
