Absolutely awful! We ordered a large ham and pepperoni pizza and there was basically no meat on it. We paid $23 for dough and... sauce. I handed the employee cash for payment and he purposely dropped a $20 bill on the ground (thinking I didn?t see) and thenhad the nerve to say I owed him more money! He eventually picked it up and mumbled something under his breath. He was clearlytrying to steal from me! I asked for a detailed receipt and he wrote some scribbles down on a piece of scrap paper. I would have to say that this is probably the best pizza in Edmonton. They do a fantastic job and can rival the pizza joints... from Chicago and New York city. Highly recommend with excellent customer service and quality of food. That being said, theyhave now drastically increased their price and requires you to order through Skip the dishes. This is the worst donair I've ever eaten in Edmonton or at all. There are a lot of mixed reviews here. I've had donairs all... around the city and ordered here twice late night after work. Both times waiting 20 minutes for the food which were both timesawful. The sauce they use is not donair sauce but just mayonnaise, soooo gross! They smear it all over and the donair meat isovercooked and rubbery. I was so hungry that I ate mostly the meat on the donair but all the while I felt like throwing up. Idon't like to waste food because I came from India where some people don't get enough food. I know I won't get recompensed andI definitely don't want any substitution. I won't be eating here ever again. Twice bitten ...third time definitely avoidforever. Warning to any late night hungry patrons. So not worth it. Read more

This company took an order online from me for $55.88. After waiting for an hour and half the status of my order on their... delivery app showed that it was delivered. Concerned I called the company and the lady apologized that they had no staff todeliver the order. I told her no problem, it would have been nice for them to notify me, but please refund my money and we willgo our separate ways. It didn't seem like she knew how to refund the money so she asked me to call back in 15 minutes. I calledback and spoke to a man who proceeded to tell me they could not refund my credit card. Instead, telling me I had toinconvenience myself and come to the store to get a cash refund. The whole reason for ordering delivery is because I could notgo to the store. Bottom line is the company is not willing to refund my credit card for an order that they were unable todeliver in what ends up as them basically stealing $55 from a customer.
