Messed up the order 3x in a row. I know...stupid me for ordering 3x when they can't get it right. Called customer service and... emailed. They were very rude. I had a credit which they never told me I had to call in to use because when I received it Iasked if it was just on my account for the next time I ordered and I've never called, only used online. I was told yes to thatquestion. When I tried to use it I couldn't find the credit. Emailed them back and I was astounded with the rudeness and themblaming me for not calling in when I was not told I had too. I said I wanted a manager to call me in 3 emails and instead I gotan email that said my file had been closed. So they do not care about the customers and they certainly don't make food goodenough to keep going back. When all they do is hide behind a computer and type back rude things, it shows how little they care. A very good reason to see such bad reviews so just avoid all Pizza 73s. Read more
We live 10 minutes away, its been over an hour and our order did not arrive. I called pizza73 assistance line, they said they... couldnt do anything as its with the driver, which is totally fine, the person on the line literally silence on the call,unresponsive, and I had to say "hello" several times as if they're distracted with something else. Will not be ordering from here again. Pizza orders are always wrong and when you try to call there you can't, meaning you now... must drive to TRY and get the order fixed. Attitude from staff when you do have concerns, well trust me they don't really care.Glad to see Pizza Hut opening up right across the street from them, I think that is who will get my $100 orders from nowon.
