HIGH PRICES AND POOR QUALITY (boiled soggy chicken and frozen burgers) What happened to Prime Time's quality?? I remember when... they had amazing chicken doner and fresh burgers... but I just went to the millwoods location and spent 25$ on a reg chickenpoutine + cheese burger that just left me disappointed on the quality and taste. I mean I get that inflation sucks but how dothey increase prices and decrease quality and at same time..... Read more

This location has gone downhill big time. I ordered a large donair and donair poutine with very specific ingredients. My order... was made and packed up before calling me up to the front. What happened to being able to watch them make your donair?? The girlsworking were very stingy with the sauce and ingredients that were supposed to go on the donair. It wasn?t busy at all so theycould have easily prepared the food while I watched/asked for more or less of each item I wanted on my donair. The amount ofsauce they put on my donair blew my mind. I could barely taste it. It?s a shame because this location used to be great. I hopeownership takes note of all the recent bad reviews and makes improvements. Read more
Crinkle cut fries have no place on a poutine. Mozzarella cheese has no place on a poutine. These guys need to scrape that... "poutine" off their sign and rename the place because this is not a poutine. You need cheese curds, not mozzarella. You needproper poutine fries, not cheap crinkle cut fries. This is sad. Read more

They'll never pick your phone trust me. I have even tried sitting inside the restaurant and calling. It's clearly audible the... phone is ringing. But they never pick it, even if it's not busy. Tried three different days inside and outside therestaurant. Fork are kept at different place, u should grab it they won't let you know.
