Second cup coffee is far superior to Starbucks and is Canadian, which is a bonus. The coffee actually tastes like coffee and is... organic fair trade. My only issue is they have barely any locations in Edmonton and the ones they do have close so early. Comeon second cup!! You desperately need a revamp to get people back in your stores. Whoever does your advertising needs to bereplaced with the right marketing firm. I remember back in the early 2000's you could barely find a chair to sit in whenvisiting and you were open until at least 10pm. The only thing starbucks has over you is their marketing, as their coffee tasteslike burnt sludge. That's everyone's only option other than Tim's and fast food coffee... gross! i absolutely LOVE this place. the staff are super friendly, the drinks are always super delicious and so is the food. when i... lived on the northside i would always come here to study because they have free internet. they never had an issue with me justsitting by the fireplace typing away and drinking a coretto. i have also held meetings here with clients and the staff have hadno issue. it's always so quiet and calm here with such a cozy environment. if you're a student or someone who works from home -give this place a try :) Read more
Usually have had good experiences at this location until today. The barista got my order wrong, which happens and I was really... nice about it. I wanted to confirm my drink would have oat milk in it and the barista rolled her eyes and said ?obviously not,it?s not even made yet? and stomped off.
