Terribly long wait. Didn?t even have the lid for the drink
Today's experience did not meet the expectations I usually have for Starbucks. I ordered two drinks with my friend. Both drinks... came out wrong. We asked for a mocha frap in a personal travel mug (no whip) and a mocha frap in the regular plastic takeawaycup (with whip). We instead received a mocha latte in the personal mug (how???) and the other drink recieved no whip despite itbeing written on the cup itself ... For both drinks they let the espresso get bitter.
