We order from here often, not always the best service but it was still a good place to go. Today we ordered two sandwiches, my... girlfriend got the meatball sub. First thing we noticed was that they did not toast it like she asked for which is not that bigof a deal, but then the taste was off like something expired has been put in it. She only had two bites before she found a longstrand of hair in the sandwich. Money gone to waste because we aren?t eating the sandwiches after that discovery. Read more

As per most of the reviews on this location on Ellerslie and 111. At 4:30 no customers just the girl sweeping the floor. She... seemed annoyed that I had interrupted her. No greeting. She went behind the counter and grunted at me. (The bread was stale aswell.). After she made my sub she put it in a bag, I paid and she didn?t say a word just walked away. No offer of a drink orchips, no receipt and no napkin. I will not be going to this location again. I will go out of my way to go somewhere else. Went to this location 23-Sep-22 ordering a 12" Chicken Teriyaki. 1) Bread was NOT fresh. Not even close. Ends were hard 2)... Veggies were rotten sitting in the bins. (Lettuce was particularly nasty, GREEN unripe tomato slices in the bin) 3) They cutthe bread ALL the way through, making it impossible to eat without having contents spilling all over the place.
