Really nice service! The lady working there, Rosita, was incredibly kind and nice. She seemed happy and very easy to talk to.... Overall, the service was great! The food was also really good. Had the Chicken, Bacon & Peppercorn Ranch salad and theingredients were all fresh and they served me a good amount so it felt nice not to be ripped off by a fast food restaurant. WhenI went the workers were super friendly, one guy even came for his order and I suppose he was a usual there because they justsaid, " You're usual?" And the guy said yes so with a smile they told him they already had it ready for him and handed it tohim. It was really nice to see. Read more
I was so mad at those old nasty aunts are who work here are both extremely rude/ nasty. So improper undertrained employees,... laugh on the customers in front of my face, disguised customers, owner should think about your profits in long term for hiringthose workers. Read more
The staff at this subway is extremely rude ; that lady working there was literally yelling at me for no reason when I was... ordering. Please avoid this place if you don't wanna ruin your day; I wish I could give a 0 star rating. Read more
The young Fillipina worker and the overweight Fillipina worker who work here are both extremely rude. They laugh a lot and... gossip about customers when they should be working. These workers are the same ones who work at the Subway restaurant near the Uof A hospital. The two restaurants are owned by the same franchisee. Please be aware of this fact and do not visit bothrestaurants if you want Subway food. Go to another Subway and get much better service. Read more

This location has no sense of urgency. When I arrived, there were no staff located within the physical restaurant. After... standing there briefly, and admittedly contemplating going elsewhere, finally some woman yelled angrily across the Student'sUnion Building that there was customers waiting, and a member of staff appeared from the back - who was there the whole time! Itwas distressing to watch, because as students, we only have a brief gap between classes to eat, so this held a few of us up...and - expectantly - this location, being in the SUB, should've been staffed and prepared for their lunch rush. Instead, they'rehappily ignorant to their duties at their busiest time. The lethargic attitudes here are poorly and worth significant review. -1star. I then had to repeat my order at least three times; and, the staff member still managed to get my sandwich wrong. Forexample, I did not want my sub toasted. When she finally realized this, as I protested her putting my sandwich in the toasteroven - despite having already told her - she then had to apparently move my sandwich to a different bread base? - This, I don'tget. But, it held me up again. Then, becuase it was not being toasted, the bacon on my sub had to be put in the toaster anyway,so another hold up, unnecessarily. Then, topping time - the staff member missed the mark entirely. I finally gave up and justtook what they gave me between veggies and sauce. Terrible service. No listening skills. -1 star. TLDR: There's so many otherrestaurants in the SUB, that if you really aren't sold on a sandwich... try going elsewhere. This Subway simply isn't up topar. Read more
